Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Important: We accept returns and exchanges only for products valued above Rs. 599.
- Qualifying Conditions: A return or exchange can be initiated only if:
- The product you received is damaged, broken, or significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., missing parts, wrong item, cuts, burns).
- Note: Minor color variations (10% to 15%) due to screen resolution differences are considered normal and will not qualify for returns.
- Size Tolerance: A size variation of 0.50 inch +/- is considered acceptable and will not be regarded as a wrong size delivered.
Steps to Initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Unboxing Video: Please record a video of the unboxing process.
- Shipping Label: Capture a clear image of the shipping label.
- Product Image: Take a photo of the product you received.
- Size Confirmation: The size will be confirmed during a verification call prior to shipping. For size exchanges, shipping charges will apply, and returns will not be processed based on size-related issues.
Product Pickup:
- The product will be picked up only if it is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund will be initiated.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and verify the product.
- Shipping Fee Deduction: Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund amount for shipping charges.
- Note: No refund will be issued if the product is not returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Process:
- For exchanges, once your request is placed, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 2-3 business days.
- Processing Time: The exchange process will be completed within 4 days after the product has been picked up and verified.
