1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via prepaid options (UPI, cards, wallets) or choose COD (if available).


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. However, prepaid orders get faster dispatch and exclusive discounts.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually deliver within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days


4. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


5. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to track your package in real-time.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can return the product as per our return policy.
