Refund policy

At Waysho, we want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if: 

  • The item received is wrong or defective

  • Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the issue

➡️ Returns without video proof or beyond the return window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products correctly delivered but no longer wanted by the customer

  • Items without original packaging or showing signs of use

  • Sale or clearance products marked as “non-returnable”

  • Personal care, hygiene-related, or fragile items once opened

3. Return Process

To raise a return request:

  1. Contact our support team at return.exchange@waysho.com  within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on the pickup or self-shipping process

  • Return pickup may be available in select locations; otherwise, customers must self-ship.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges only in the case of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged product received

➡️ Size or style-based exchanges are not allowed.
 ➡️ Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment source once the return is approved and inspected.

  • Refund processing may take 8–15 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering

  • The original packaging is missing

  • The required unboxing video is not provided

  • The return is rejected after inspection

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • To cancel, email us at support@waysho.com immediately.

  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 1–2 working days.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

➡️ Without video proof, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
